Revitalizing historic downtown Colfax by supporting existing and new businesses, encouraging quality design and promoting a welcoming environment.
Without our volunteers, we couldn't operate. We appreciate them so much and all their hard work!
If you feel you have a valuable skill set and want to help us achieve our goals please scroll to the bottom of this page to fill out a volunteer application and email it to us. You can also call and set up a meeting with our Executive Director, Whitney Bond to see if you'd be a good fit or to gain more clarity on what it is we do.
We advocate by working to fill our empty storefronts, provide support to our new & established businesses, collect data, and work with the Washington Main Street Program to enhance and strengthen Colfax. We are passionate about doing beautification projects, historical preservation, and drawing in more foot traffic to sustain Colfax and all of our local businesses within our corridor and on Main Street.
We want to partner with other like-minded non-profits, Organizations, Companies, etc to work together and strengthen Colfax and build close relationships with our surrounding communities. If you feel we would become great affiliates to one another, please feel free to reach out to us. We are always looking to open doors to help one another in our goals and mission.
If you are a local building or business owner within our corridor or on Main Street in Colfax, please like our FB and Instagram pages so you can stay informed on any and all storefront improvement opportunities that we have to offer! They are also advertised in the local paper, so make sure to watch for those announcements.
We set goals and work together to accomplish revitalization projects within our downtown corridor & on Main Street. This adds curb appeal and an inviting atmosphere to welcome more people & foot traffic to Colfax. The more people who stop and stroll the town the better our local businesses are going to do and in turn, help to support a better local economy. In order to have a healthy community, you need to have a healthy Downtown.
